Departmental Equipment Checkout
The DWR has a number of Chomebooks, Macbooks, Windows laptops, and other equipment available for checkout to DWR faculty and to students enrolled in DWR classes.
Certain equipment requires a University Loan Receipt for long-term checkout. Please download and print the loan form and submit it to Andrew Davis when checking out this equipment.
All DWR faculty and staff (including Graduate Teaching Assistants) have centrally managed Zoom accounts for video meetings. If you are new to the DWR, you will receive an invitation email from Zoom to create a new account or link an existing account to our managed domain. Please visit Zoom’s Getting Started page for more information about downloading and using Zoom.
The department has 10 Zoom Pro licenses for use on an as-needed basis. Zoom Pro accounts allow up to 500 meeting attendees and no time limits for group meetings. This is useful for small-group conferences, peer-review sessions, and other activities where you need to schedule a meeting with more than one person.. If you think you’ll need Zoom Pro for an entire semester, please contact Andrew Davis instead of using the form below.
If you need a Zoom Pro license, please click the button below and submit the form. You will have to log in with your UM Office365 credentials to access the form. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
